Most Expensive Sectors in Islamabad (Highest Property Rates)

Most Expensive Sectors in Islamabad (Highest Property Rates)

Islamabad's property prices vary hugely by sector. Here are the most expensive, most sought-after sectors — and what that means if you're planning to build.

The premium sectors

The most expensive, most prestigious residential sectors of Islamabad are generally the central F sectors — F-6, F-7, F-8 — followed by F-10, F-11 and E-7. Their central location, mature development, greenery and prestige keep rates at the top of the market.

  • F-6 & F-7 — the most prestigious central sectors
  • F-8 — prime central living with commercial access
  • F-10 & F-11 — sought-after family sectors
  • E-7 — diplomatic-enclave-adjacent prestige

What it means for building

In premium sectors, land is the biggest cost — so build quality and design must match the address to protect and grow value. Under-building on an expensive plot wastes the investment; over-capitalising can too. We advise the right spec for the location.

Building in one of these sectors? Our design and construction teams deliver homes worthy of a premium address.
